The Registered Guests tab shows a list of all users that currently have an account in the system (Have authenticated onto the network).

By drilling down into a chosen account, the user can view all guest data collected at login, delete the user, logout the user, see all devices the user has used under the same account and on the same network, overwrite the service tier and see the data usage of that device.

Rooms

The rooms tab is used to manage and monitor guests that have registered through the PMS system. In here, you can view guest room number, reservation ID, first name and last name.

By clicking on the guest in the table you can see more information, including; arrival and departure date, whether they are marked as a VIP and the number of login attempts the guest has made.
